About Kontakto

Our practice is rooted in conscious touch: a mindful way of touching that goes beyond the physical, listening deeply to the body and inviting release, balance, reconnection, and renewal.

Kontakto is more than bodywork. It is an art of attention, a safe space for restoration, and an invitation to return to yourself, whole, grounded, and alive.

A flower in soft focus

Bloom through contact.

Not just massage
but contact as transformation
touch as attention
the body as something that opens, like a flower, under the right conditions

a practice of attuned contact
where the body unfolds
where care becomes ceremony
where presence makes blooming possible

Letter from the founder

Hi im Sofia

Originally from Argentina, my work with the body began through movement, curiosity, and a deep interest in how physical and emotional processes are interconnected.

For the past nine years, I have been working full-time as a bodyworker, developing a therapeutic approach shaped by both study and extensive hands-on practice.
